NeueHouse welcomes multidisciplinary artist Juan Miguel Marin, as he explores the relationship between memory, sound and emotion in a live performative drawing and workshop.

Marin’s work promotes the idea of trial and error as a creative tool, mark-making as a form of meditation, and introduces a form of attention known as Open Awareness — a state of mind induced by the repetition of manual tasks which allows the mind to wander and creative thinking to flourish. Join the artist for a brief presentation of his work, followed by an interactive workshop.
